Keeping aside all things like words, opinions and feelings of others and just putting himself first in all matters ensures a lack of empathy for others. Not a disorder but a fully conscious manner of inflation, giving importance only to himself no matter what.

Everyone has a balanced amount of ego in them but a narcissist one will always elevate the amount and push the dearest things away by having such behavior and within no time he will be alone for himself and there’s just his ego with him will left.

It’s clearly a negative vibe, the positive one is known as self-respect. Yeah it is right to do things for the sake of self-respect and to know that your soul is also important in front of your friends and family but don’t be selfish by being egoistic. Just building the ego big, big and big making it a stone wall in between you and others so that no one has access to your heart and brain. And in the deep you also know that its bothering you, making you a bad person although you are a good one from inside.

So rather holding on to narcissism stick to talking to people that are close to you or understands you otherwise this act will only give you hard times and free confusions with misunderstandings.
